Emilie Gouëzec jewelry is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects.
Silver naturally tarnishes over time, under the effect of humidity and air. To preserve the shine of your jewelry, avoid contact with water, perfumes and cosmetics, and polish regularly with a soft cloth.

Delivery and Returns
Online sales are currently available in Switzerland only. For delivery to another country, please feel free to contact me by email at emilie.gouezec@outlook.com.
Jewelry is shipped by Swiss Post within a maximum of 2 business days after receipt of the order, plus an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 business days. Additional time may be required for items made to your size or gold-plated, as indicated on the product page.
Jewellery may be exchanged or refunded, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging, in accordance with the terms outlined on the Delivery and returns page
