Delivery and Returns

I- Introduction

These delivery and return terms apply to all orders placed on emiliegouezec.com. By placing an order, you fully accept these terms. 

 

II- Delivery

Delivery areas – Products are only delivered within Switzerland. If you would like delivery to another region, please contact us by email at emilie.gouezec@outlook.com to confirm delivery availability and place your order.

Delivery times – Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are estimated at 1 to 2 business days. For products made to order in your size, manufacturing times are indicated on the relevant product pages. 

Delivery Method - Emilie Gouëzec products are shipped via Swiss Post. 

Delivery Costs - Shipping fees are borne by the customer, except in cases of promotion or defective product returns. Fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel dimensions.

Delivery Responsibility - Emilie Gouëzec makes every effort to meet delivery times. However, the brand cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers beyond its control.

Order tracking - After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and a second email upon dispatch with a tracking number to follow your parcel via Swiss Post.

 

III-Returns and Exchanges

To ensure your complete satisfaction with your jewelry, returns and exchanges are accepted under certain conditions. Given the artisanal nature of the brand, we recommend carefully verifying your size before placing an order. You may consult our size guide, contact us via email, or seek the advice of a professional in-store.

 

Return Policy

  • Return Period : Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
  • Condition of Returned Products: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, without signs of wear, and with original packaging and accessories.
  • Exceptions: Personalized items (sizing adjustments, custom gold plating or gemstones) and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Gift cards are not refundable.

Refund - Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt via the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Return Shipping Costs - Costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product).

Exchange - To request an exchange (size, color, or model), email emilie.gouezec@outlook.com. The original item must be returned before sending the new one. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

 

Return & Exchange Process

  • Contact: Email emilie.gouezec@outlook.com indicating whether you want a return or exchange, your order number, invoice, and reason if desired.
  • Packaging: Pack items carefully in their original packaging.
  • Return: Send items to the postal address provided via email, following the instructions given.


Defective or Incorrect Products - If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days at emilie.gouezec@outlook.com. We will arrange an exchange or refund and cover return and reshipment costs.

 

IV. Data protection

Personal data is used solely to manage your order and will not be shared with third parties, except as legally required. More details are available on our Privacy Policy page.

 

V. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time and will be published on this page. Orders placed before the update are not affected.
