Article I - Terms of Sale
By placing an order on emiliegouezec.com, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms of Sale. These Terms may be updated at any time and will be posted on the website; updates apply to orders placed after their publication.
Our products emiliegouezec.com are currently only available for delivery in Switzerland. For orders from other countries, please send your request by e-mail to emilie.gouezec@outlook.com.
Article II - Ordering process
- Product selection:Customers select items on the product pages, which include images, prices, and available options such as size and color.
- Order Confirmation: Before completing an order, customers review the order summary, including shipping costs, and proceed to payment by credit card.
- Order Confirmation and Shipment: Once payment has been validated, an initial confirmation email is sent to the Customer, containing the order details and an invoice to be kept for future reference.
The jewelry is then shipped within 1 to 2 business days after this confirmation, except for custom-made jewelry, for which the delivery time is indicated on the relevant product page.
A second email is sent to the Customer to inform them of the shipment, accompanied by a tracking number and a link allowing them to track the delivery status directly on the carrier's website. - Suspension or Cancellation of Orders: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of non-payment, suspected fraud, or unresolved disputes.
Article III - Prices
Product prices – Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (€) depending on your country. Prices in CHF include all taxes. Prices in euros may fluctuate depending on exchange rates and are published for informational purposes only.
Shipping fees - Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of each product.
Article IV - Payment Terms
Payment is fully secure. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Products are shipped only once payment is confirmed. Any payment issues will be communicated by email.
Article V - Delivery
Delivery Location & Time - Products are delivered within Switzerland only, to the address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect or the order cannot be received on time, the cost of reshipment is the Customer’s responsibility.
Order tracking - Once shipped, an email is sent with a tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.
Article VI - Ownership
Products remain the property of Emilie Gouëzec until payment has been received in full.
Article VII - Right of withdrawal
Exercising the right of withdrawal – The Customer has a period of 14 days after receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. All requests must be sent by email to: emilie.gouezec@outlook.com
Return conditions - Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of our error or defective products.
Article VIII - Warranty
- All jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects.
- This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, excessive use or normal wear and tear, in particular the wear and tear of gold plating.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the jewel will be repaired or exchanged. Repairs for damage not covered by the warranty remain the responsibility of the customer. - Return shipping costs for warranty repairs are fully covered by Emilie Gouëzec.
Article IX - Liability
Emilie Gouëzec is not responsible for any indirect damages, loss of profit, or other losses resulting from the use of the products or their delivery. Liability is limited to the products sold and the services directly provided.
