Handcrafted jewellery

All of Emilie Gouëzec’s pieces are entirely handmade in Geneva, Switzerland. Crafted in sterling silver or vermeil (18k gold-plated silver with a 5-micron layer ensuring durability), each item is carefully shaped following traditional jewellery-making techniques. Silver, a precious and lasting metal, can be repaired or transformed for life, creating a piece designed to endure.

As an independent designer and artisan, Emilie Gouëzec ensures the quality and exclusivity of her creations. Production is therefore limited, allowing special care for each piece.

Custom Creations and Special Requests

All jewelry can be made in 18k gold vermeil or solid gold upon request. If the metal or gemstone you wish for is not directly available on the website, please send your inquiry to emilie.gouezec@outlook.com for any special requests. Production times may vary depending on the nature of the request.

 

Repair Service

To ensure your jewelry lasts as long as possible, Emilie Gouëzec offers a repair service for rings, bracelets, necklaces, and resizing adjustments according to your needs.
If your piece requires repair, please send a photo (of sufficient quality to identify the issue) by email to emilie.gouezec@outlook.com. A quote will be provided based on the condition of the item, its model, and the materials used.

For any repair requests, please include the word “repair” followed by your order number in the email subject and attach the corresponding invoice.
These services are exclusively available for Emilie Gouëzec brand jewelry.

In accordance with the general terms of sale, any repair of a defective piece due to a manufacturing fault within two years of purchase will be covered (including delivery costs). However, for items damaged due to misuse or inadequate care, all costs will be borne by the customer.
